Right to opt out of services

You have the right to rescind the contract within fourteen days from the date of its formation without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of rescission, you must inform us (Migrant Expert e.U. – support in the social and migration process in Austria, FN 542962 z, Zelinkagasse 6/6, 1010 Vienna, 0660 20166 28, office @ migrant-expert. at) about your decision to terminate the contract by notice sent by mail, fax or e-mail. For this you may use the standard non-mandatory cancellation form provided below.

To preserve the deadline for rescission, it is sufficient to send the notice of rescission prior to expiration of the deadline.

Consequences of refusal of services

If you rescind your order (within fourteen days from the date of the contract’s formation), we are obligated to return all funds received from you within fourteen days from the time we received your notice rescinding the contract.
If you rescind your order (within fourteen days from the date of the contract’s formation), and some of the services have already been provided to you, you must pay us a reasonable amount for services already provided by the time your notice rescinding the contract was received. In this case, we are obliged to return the funds received from you, taking into account the deduction of payment for services already provided, within fourteen days from the time we received your notice rescinding the contract.
Refunds will be made using the method you used to make the payment, unless otherwise agreed with you. No commission is charged for making a refund.
